Spencer Bisby Original Enamel on Copper Wall Art. Born in Iowa on May 10, 1908, Bisby was a resident of San Fancisco and employee of the Public Works of Art Project in 1934. He died in Fort Bragg, CA on February 26, 1989. This piece appears to be a snapshot of the busy Fort Bragg seaport and consists of 12 individual tiles. The piece is signed on the lower right.
